The location of the hotel is great! Really near the core of the city, with many touristic/historic attractions nearby. The staff were polite, helpful and nice overall. The room was comfy and generally clean.

The place of the hotel is very practical as it is very close to the Gare de Nantes. Also, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was tasty. The cleaning staff did their job very well. There was a kettle, tea bags and sugar in the room which is very nice.

The staff was friendly and quick to solve an issue we had with insufficient heating in our room. The room in itself was clean, modern, and very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable, we slept very well! The location close to the castle, tram and train station was convenient.

We booked for both our arrival and our departure dates and the staff were always excellent, even though we didn't speak great French the staff could speak great English, the room was clean and well presented, although the second room was better than the first as I believe they are updating the bathrooms. the location is great and easy to walk into Nantes or use the trams which travel from just outside the Hotel.

Two receptionists (27th July morning and afternoon shifts) were absolutely amazing! As I arrived early, I could not check in until 3pm, but I was able to leave my luggage and go and enjoy the city! When I got back for check in, the other receptionist was very very welcoming and she also was very helpful when I had some misunderstandings with takeaway delivery driver.

Obviously convenient to the train station and the room had been redone in the last few years. There was a large window that it was possible to open for fresh air. The front desk staff were all helpful each time I visited the front desk.

Great location near station, château, Jardin des Plantes and Art Gallery. Pedestrianised street, beside tramway. Room was small, but modern and well-designed. Bathroom and shower very good. Temporary record store in part of the lobby was cool. Good breakfast, kept topped up until late. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly staff, room was perfect, there was even little biscuits in the room which I wasn't expecting and it was such a lovely touch to have an arrival gift. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again next time I have a late flight arriving in Nantes.

No breakfast required: Early departure - very handy for the main Nantes railway station adjacent (Station a little confusing, check one's Exit routes). Room comfortable, well appointed and manifested. Refreshments, Towel, Shower Mat etc Nice and quiet. Lift available.

Friendly welcome at reception. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for the train station and the local tram stop, and was surprisingly quiet despite that! Short walk from the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne. The Jardin des Plantes (Botanic Gardens) is only five minutes or so's walk away, and is a nice place to spend a relaxing hour or two if the weather is kind.
